rvaji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the rvaji platform and its related services. By using the rvaji website (https://rvaji.cam) and all services provided through it, you voluntarily agree to abide by these Terms.

These Terms apply to Bangladeshi users and are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

rvaji reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to participate on the rvaji platform is 21 (twenty-one) years. Only persons aged 21 or above may open an account and use the services. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide true and accurate information when registering an account. Required information includes:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Valid mobile number
• Active email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Preferred payment method details

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. rvaji will never ask for your password by phone, email or live chat.

• Do not share your account details with anyone.
• Use a strong and unique password.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify the support team immediately.
• Using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Always log out after using a public device or network.

In the case of unauthorised access or suspicious activity, rvaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account. Our platform uses SSL encryption and advanced security measures to keep your data safe.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on rvaji is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — by any method. Supported payment methods:

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Identity verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account through which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before bonus wagering requirements are completed.
• Withdrawals may be delayed in cases of suspicious activity.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rvaji offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means withdrawals can only be made after the bonus amount has been wagered 15 times.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,500 as a bonus. Before withdrawing, a total of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit after the bonus is activated.
• Each promotion may have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the promotions page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• rvaji reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on rvaji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error or interruption, the full amount will be refunded.
• rvaji reserves the right to void any winnings obtained abnormally due to a system error.
• All betting outcomes are determined by fair and transparent algorithms.

6.2 Sports Betting

Live betting is available on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA, local leagues), kabaddi and other sports. Match results will be evaluated in accordance with established international rules.

6.3 Casino Games

Slots, live casino and other games are operated under the rules of the respective game provider. The rules of each game can be found on that game's information page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rvaji platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Bonus abuse or following any strategy for the purpose of exploiting bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transferring illegal funds.
• Fraudulent behaviour or collusion with other users.
• Knowingly taking advantage of erroneous odds or game errors.
• Using a false identity, forged documents or another person's information.

rvaji believes that gambling and betting are a form of entertainment — they should not be treated as a source of income. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

8.1 Self-Control Tools

rvaji provides the following options for users:

• Setting daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits.
• The option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself (self-exclusion).

9.1 Suspension by rvaji

rvaji may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

9.2 Closure by User

You can close your account at any time. To do so, contact our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. If bonus conditions have not been met, the relevant bonus may be forfeited.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Problems arising from third-party technology or services.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence.
